Term 2 recount

Kia ora
Well am hoping that this post makes the blog page as seem to have had a few issues posting.  No stamp needed lol.
We have had a busy term in Ruma Whitu again with plenty happening.
We have been to Ferrymead, had St Johns in, celebrated Matariki, competed in a Soccer / Hockey tournament, ran around in the cross country, had an electronics day, begun our inquiry - building a V hut, planned a hangi for early next term, learnt about shapes and their properties in Geometry, studied the ANZACs, been involved in co-operative days and made jigsaws and had string cut, learnt about Early Canterbury and how tasks were done in the day, played soccer and rugby, got a torch, participated in The Next Factor, practiced for Cultural festival, eaten fish and chips, been visited by Elgrego, added to our personal blogs, had triumphs in Mathletics, had our photo taken, worn pyjamas, read the Gruffalo as a readers theatre, been visited by Crusaders, had our first National Standards reports, drew native birds and laughed.
Can't wait for Term 3
